Expertise in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures for maximum search engine performance.
Off-Page Optimization: Manage and execute link-building campaigns, outreach efforts, and other off-page SEO activities.
Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and trends and align them with business goals.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.
Provide actionable insights to improve website performance.
Technical SEO:
Audit websites to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented, including crawlability, indexation, and page speed optimization.
Work with developers to resolve issues like broken links, crawl errors, and site performance.
Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied to all web content.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development.

Additional Requirements

Experience with local SEO and managing Google My Business listings.
Knowledge of PPC campaigns and their integration with SEO strategies.
Understanding of social media’s role in SEO.
Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing.
